Wi-fi worked great. Rooms were noisy and showers were dirty.

The local food scene near OU is on point! I found some great spots for breakfast, especially a place serving cooked eggs that hit the spot. The owner was super accommodating, making my stay feel special. Plus, having a pet-friendly room was a bonus!

Now, the older lady at the front desk was a bit much. I was hassled about pet fees, even though I had everything in order. To top it off, I woke up with bed bug bites after a cozy night under the covers, which wasn't the way I wanted to end my stay, glad it didn't ruin my trip!

The location near Ohio University is super convenient for visiting. The staff at check-in were friendly and helpful. My room had a decent size and the bed was okay for a quick overnight. However, cleanliness was a major issue. The floor didn't seem to be swept, and I found hair around the sink. The air conditioning was quite noisy, making it tough to sleep peacefully. I also noticed wear on the furniture, and the shower area wasn’t maintained well. The breakfast left a lot to be desired, with only coffee and a protein bar available, not what I hoped for during my stay. Overall, it has potential, but significant improvements in cleanliness and amenities are urgently needed.

Cleanliness left a lot to be desired. I noticed dust on surfaces, and one guest had bed bug bites, indicating possible issues with pest control. The early check-in policy can be a hassle. one couple had to pay for two nights just to check in at 8 AM, and there were issues with room access when their keys were deactivated. Additionally, towels appeared worn, with some having holes, and reports of a lack of hot water for showers weren't encouraging either.

The room had a cozy vibe and the bed was really comfortable for a good night's sleep. I also enjoyed some time relaxing by the pool and taking a stroll through the garden area. Just a heads up, the room could’ve used a bit more attention in the cleaning department. 😊

My sons loved exploring Stroud's Run State Park for hiking and fishing, and the room was decent enough for our needs. The guy who checked us in was super friendly, sharing great tips on local food spots.
